This woven Kufiya is made by Palestinians in Amman Jordan. Originally their family factory was in Jericho, Palestine. During the Nakba, they were expelled and forced to resettle in Amman. The family has been producing Palestinian Kufiyas since 1952 and they are of a very high quality.
The Kufiya has long been an iconic symbol of the resistance and strength of the Palestinian people. It is now popularized as a show of solidarity from people all around the World demonstrating their unity with the Palestinian cause.
