Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed minus the shipping expense West Bank Apparel paid. We do not refund shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded your orderPlease allow up to 5 business days for the refund to clear your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange, send us an email at sales@westbankapparel.com and send your item to: WBA 15058 E Carolina Pl. Aurora, CO 80012.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
